This spring, the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign’s Department of Bioengineering at The Grainger College of Engineering will host the Frontiers in Bioengineering Symposium, a signature event marking the department’s 20th anniversary. Taking place April 21–23, 2025, at the iHotel and Illinois Conference Center, the symposium will bring together leading voices in bioengineering to share the latest advances shaping the future of medicine, technology, and human health.
For those unable to attend in person, the department is offering a livestream of the event, making it easy for audiences across the globe to take part in this milestone celebration. Viewers can tune in to hear keynote talks from world-renowned scientists, explore emerging research themes, and celebrate two decades of groundbreaking work at Illinois.
The three-day symposium will feature a dynamic lineup of speakers and panels discussing advancement in areas such as artificial intelligence, cancer research, medical imaging, nanotechnology, and more. The livestream will provide real-time access to all main sessions, allowing students, researchers, alumni, and industry professionals to participate in the conversation from anywhere. Join live here.
