Student's talk earns MRS award

The Materials Research Society (MRS) conference has awarded Samantha Polak the top student presentation award for her talk in the symposium segment: Biomaterials for Tissue Regeneration.

Sam's talk was titled, "The Influence of CaP on Bone Formation and Vascularization," and in it she discussed in vivo and in vitro work with hydroxyapatite bone scaffolds in the lab of Amy Wagoner Johnson.
