Prospective MS/PhD Students

The Bioengineering Graduate Program is based on a strong tradition of more than 30 years of excellence in biomedical research and education at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Students have the opportunity to conduct cutting-edge research with of more than 60 faculty members in Top 10 departments and prestigious centers, such as the Beckman Institute for Advanced Science and Technology, the Micro and Nanotechnology Laboratory, the Institute for Genomic Biology, and the National Center for Supercomputing Applications. The College of Engineering currently is ranked 6th in the country by U.S. News and World Report.
